Review: A Decent Quality V-Brake Set - I wanted to replace all the brakes on my wife's bike, the reason being they where looking a bit rusty, these looked like the perfect set, finished in black these should not have the rust problem, unlike the old ones which are just chromed and cheaply at that. Quality wise these are just as good as any other V brake, so they will work just as well, for me simple to fit just a straight swap. The levers also look good, same shape as the ones fitted to her bike, although in black like the brake arms, I think they will look much better, so swapping them as well. This set comes with everything needed for a complete V brake set up, brakes, levers, cables both inner and outer and noodles, even a spanner but that's not needed in my case so will be binned.

I wanted to replace all the brakes on my wife's bike, the reason being they where looking a bit rusty, these looked like the perfect set, finished in black these should not have the rust problem, unlike the old ones which are just chromed and cheaply at that.
