Review: Loved this until… - …I noticed one of the side half circle areas where one would lay their head has cracked. I haven’t had this long…just a couple of months. Loved the way it feels and helped my shoulder pain quite a lot. Really liked everything about it. But now one side is prone to collapsing down due to that crack in the pillow. Too bad because I intended to give a glowing review but now can’t due to its lack of durability.
Review: Foam is not durable - Went to remover outer covers for laundry and literally the pillow tore in half. Totally unusable now and of course to late to return it.
