I often put unhealthy additives into my coffee like cream and sugar that add to my daily calories and actually cause inflammation. I drink energy drinks with fake sugar and high levels of added supplement's I don’t need and are not great for me. This caffeine supplement allows me to get the energy and brain awakening without all of the extra junk. I usually drink too much coffee plus an energy drink. At first it seems fine. Then it sneaks up on me and hits me with anxiety and jitters. This doesn’t because the caffeine is slow release. It doesn’t just hit me like a ton of hyper stress. It’s a nice steady flow of energy. Each capsule has the same amount of caffeine as my favorite energy drinks or a large drip coffee. Just taking one helps me focus on my work, be motivated to workout, and not feel overwhelmed. I am not sensitive to caffeine so I don’t get heart palpitations. If you don’t drink coffee or other caffeinated beverages, I would be cautious with this. Also skip the drinks when I take this so that I’m not doubling up. I can’t take it after 10 AM or else I will be wired still. I liked it when I had to fly on a red eye flight the drive a couple hours after landing. I cautiously recommended it, but only for adults!!

It also lasts longer because of that, and the come down is more gradual. I think the spike makes it harder for me to focus, so these also seem be more effective for productivity. I haven't experience any digestives issues from their product. Be aware that the active ingredient zumXR is made up of a mixture of instant release caffeine and their delayed release version, so the capsules themselves are a mixture of two distinct powders, one white and one yellow.
