It's ugly and it looks like it belongs in a circus, but it gets the job done. My nieces and nephews are all tall enough that this stool isn't used by them anymore but for the last 10 years it's lived in front of the their deep, top load washing machine for retrieval of the socks and tiny items that are just out of reach. When I ened up replacing my washer with a similar design I went straight to find this stool and am pleased to find it still made. Between the rubber top and the rubberized feet it's non-slip and it is so sturdy. My only complaint is the colors (this looks straight out of Caillou) but I did see if I wanted to pay $5 more there was a grey/white version. Anyway, buy this stool. It will outlast your children's need for it and is a great help for those of us adults that are vertically challenged. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Sturdy stool at a reasonable price *by R***N on Reviewed in the United States on August 6, 2015* Fantastic step stool for our toddlers... solid, strong plastic, with a base -slightly- wider than the top. No chance of a tip-over. The bottom of the feet are also rubberized so the stool doesn't slide.I don't know what the weight limit is supposed to be, but I'll admit to using this (at 190lbs) to change light bulbs over the bathroom sink with no flex from the plastic. Cleans easily and the colors are nice and vibrant. (I only wish they let you specify which color you're going to get! The quality is great. The plastic is very thick and the rubbery feet keep it from sliding around. I also like the texture on the step, it keeps my son from slipping off when he inevitability gets it wet. I use this stool myself all the time and it supports my weight just fine. It has been thrown, kicked, and jumped on and still looks good as new.
