Instructions state to apply thickly & evenly, wait 4 minutes to 10 minutes maximum, and remove the product using warm water & use exfoliating sponge. I find if I follow these instructions to a tee, and leave the cream on for around 7 - 10 minutes, I get best results for both my underarms & legs. I apply pre shower & remove using the exfoliating sponge under a nice warm shower. It easily removes hair of various lengths & thickness, so is ideal for use all year round. I do have sensitive underarms, that have been known to react with deodorant ingredients, or suffer ingrown hairs in the past, but with this NADS cream there's no irritation or issues. The cream rinses easily & thoroughly, leaving my skin smooth, soft & hair-free. The only downside I find with the product is how rigid the bottle is. As my bottle is now almost empty I'm finding it a tad difficult to get the cream out of the bottle - a tube would resolve this issue, but you can't insert a removal sponge inside a tube I guess.
