The tracking accuracy with my Xtrfy mouse is perfect and aiming accuracy is an improvement even though I've literally used it for half an hour. Because of the weight of the glass and the padding it doesn't move at all during gameplay. I know it's expensive for a piece of glass, I spent days looking at it and not being sure if I should buy, I'm so glad I did though and I doubt I'll ever use material based mouse pads again.
