Storoni outlines how our work lives which were established during the Industrial Revolution are not designed for optimal use of our brains, and by continuing to work in these patterns, not only do we not tap into our full potential, we put ourselves at risk for higher stress and burnout. Fortunately, Storoni provides many practical and evidence-based practices that we can all incorporate to change how we approach problems and work, so that we can maximize our brains’ awesome capacity. I highly recommend this book for anyone obsessed with learning to perform at their best.
