Unfortunately, I lost the facial shaving head attachment recently. I emailed the company to ask whether I could purchase a replacement head, but instead, they kindly sent me a completely new trimmer set for free. They responded almost instantly and made the replacement process very easy!!!I’ve been using this trimmer for a while and honestly really like it. The blades are sharp enough to give a close shave, but they don’t leave my skin feeling irritated or burning like regular razors usually do.
