I have decided to make a bespoke full length tool to cover the whole fretboard for each of my instruments instead of moving it for each fret wire. The crowning file works quite well but it would be usefull if the two edges were marked so that you can tell at a glance which one is the finer or rougher of the two. They seem to clog quite quickly but a wire brush soon brings them back to life. Great set of tools for the price providing you keep them in good nick.
