Review: Plantar Fasciitis - I bought this for my mom as a Christmas present last year. She has really bad plantar fasciitis and used it every day, all day, and it lasted for ALMOST an entire year. The right bag that massages the calf either broke or moved, and it kind of hurts her now. I have used this personally a few times and the pressure, massage, and heat is AMAZING. The buttons are simple to use and easy to understand. Yea this item is a little bulky but it’s worth the massage, trust me. Overall this massager functions well, and is amazing. I just wish it lasted a little longer!! I will be re-purchasing!!!
Review: As close to a real massage as I’ve experienced. - I’m 6 ft, athletic build -size 11.5 foot- and typically very particular about product features and want the most out of products. I went with Human touch because of their longevity in the industry. What I find intriguing about this massager is its simplicity and the way it mimics the hands of an actual masseuse. A good foot massager (in real life) provides both targeted pressure in a specific place and also will switch to creating multiple sensations at once, such as squeezing the foot while also rubbing a specific area. To my knowledge, this massager is the only one that doesn’t use airbags to massage the lower calf and sides of the feet, rather, it uses a complex blade/roller system that creates a “wave” like sensation that works in unison across the foot, under the foot, and the lower calf. Each setting is unique—and I find that it’s like going to the pedicure place and getting a different person each time, each with their own “signature” way. I like this novelty. I wish that the calf massage went about 2 inches higher to hit the meaty part of my calf, but that’s ok. Where the massager does focus on my lower calf is the right area above the Achilles’ tendon and it hits it just right. Here’s the proof of the pudding to me: after a couple of rounds in this massager, I walk with an appreciation of the “before and after”—its tangible. As well: I find that I lament when the massage is over. I want to do another. And another. Last, I’ve fallen asleep to the massage. Great product so far.

**Q: Whats the difference between sol, reflex4, and reflex6?**
A: The Reflex 4 offers Under-foot massage rollers, two auto massage programs, Figure-Eight and CirQlation massage technology, and adjustable tilt. The Reflex 6 offers all of the same features of the Reflex 4, as well as soothing vibration and Warm Air technology. The Reflex SOL includes the same features as the Reflex 6, but also offers intensity adjustment on the massage. We hope this helps!

**Q: Can you use the massager while standing in it for more intense foot massage ?**
A: When you stand, the muscles you are trying to relax with this massage have to contract. Standing would be counterproductive to working this muscle group.

**Q: Can i turn off the heat?**
A: Thank you for your inquiry. The heat is off by default. If you would like to turn it on/off, just press the WARMAIR button on the on-board console.

**Q: ? I try and use the chair the first two lights on the massage function of the control blinks and the massage won’t turn on. Only the vibrating work**
A: Unplug your unit and try again. Initially after massage intensity is chosen, intensity will flash and no other light should flash. My routine is to choose massage, intensity, vibration and finally heat. Last 10 seconds of massage lights will blink as a visual que the session is about to end....hope that helps a bit

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice when it works. Awful support

I liked the massager and used it most days for a single 15 minute cycle. I wish it was a bit tighter on the calves, but its still fine as is. After having it for only a few months though, its completely dead. It actually died while tight on my feet and I had a bit of struggle to get out of it. It doesn't move anymore and stays in this position. The lights come on, but the motors do nothing. I reached out to support who asked me for a picture of the serial number, video evidence of the issue, and order details which I provided promptly. Its been 2 weeks and I haven't heard another word from them even though I proactively reached out after 1 week. its an expensive gamble to buy this. EDIT: I did eventually get in contact with support and they replaced the massager. The new one has not suffered the issue and has been working well for a long time.
