UPDATE 3 March 2017: I now have about 2000 hours of use from this bulb and it still works fine. It is in use about 3 hrs per day. UPDATE 22 April 2017: This bulb just died on me today, 1 year and 11 months after installing. Pretty good performance. I replaced it with the second bulb I had ordered at the same time and it lit right up--hope it lasts as long. Immediately ordered 2 more as backups. UPDATE 8 Jan 2018: This bulb just died on me, got about 9 months use out of it. Not too bad.
