Would I be able to still get 144Hz through this switch?** A: I remember having issues with this when i got it, from what I read online you dont get the 144hz but I havent used mine for a year or so **Q: I have 2 mac pros on input 1it just displays a black screen , and when I switch it to the second mac it just displays moving lines? is it faulty?** A: My switch worked OK. You have to be careful with the DVI connectors as some don't connect properly. I used it with Tarlink cables. You could try swapping your connections. I had a Windows 10 on one line and a raspberry pi on the other. I think I also had Windows 7 on the other connetion and that worked OK. The two PC's were Novatech. ## Frequently Bought Together - DVI 2 Port Manual Switch Box Monitor Single Mode 1920x1080 2:1 - URELEGAN DVI Cable 6 Feet, DVI-D 24+1 Cord Male to Male Digital Video Monitor Cable for Computer, HDTV, Gaming, Monitor, Projector - Amazon Basics HDMI to DVI (Male) Adapter Cable, Bi-Directional 1080P, 6 ft/1.8 m, Gold-Plated, Easy to Install, Single Pack for Television, Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/78908674-dvi-2-port-manual-switch-box-monitor-single-mode-1920x1080](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/78908674-dvi-2-port-manual-switch-box-monitor-single-mode-1920x1080) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-06*
