Review: Great for melting - Great taste and melted perfectly for the ganache that I made for my cake. The ganache had a great color and texture and melted consistently and was smooth throughout. I was worried that they may be little melted because it was close to 90 degrees but they arrived in perfect condition. I will make this my go to chocolate for melting on everything I bake in the future.

Great taste and melted perfectly for the ganache that I made for my cake. The ganache had a great color and texture and melted consistently and was smooth throughout.
