It is very quick and easy to use more manual than the bean to cup machine, but that does have advantages. The design is simple old school and it makes great coffee. I did read in the reviews that some people said the coffee is not that warm. I found that on switch on if you turn the knob to the left and one left light comes on, leave it a few minutes until all the lights on the right come on, you will find the coffee is then hot and is ready to heat the milk and then ready for making a hot coffee.
