I have a only a one and a half inch clearance on the edge of the desk** A: I mounted on my desk with 2-1/4" edge/lip and it's sturdy when snug with two 7-lb 22" LED (Viewsonic VX2250wm) monitors. Not ideal, but ok for sure. I'd advise 2-1/2 inches minimum if mounting two heavier monitors as it will give more clamp surface area. **Q: How do I adjust the height of just one side? On my setup the left arm hangs slightly lower than the right (about a quarter of an inch)** A: VIVO Height Adjustable VESA Adapter Accessory Bracket Kit for Individual Monitor 13" to 27" Screens (Stand-VAD3) this solved my problem. Had two different manufactures monitors and different plate placement as a result right monitor hung about 1.5 in shorter then the left. used this adapter and they are both level now. kudo's to VIVO for making it I looked everywere for one of these and it would seem they are the only one's who make an option like this. **Q: How do I fix the arms from sliding down the pole? I tightened the screw in the back as much as I possibly can.** A: We're sorry the mount is not tightening properly! There are a few possible causes for this.Is the bolt properly closing the two sides together? If not, inserting it through the other side may fix the problem. Is the plastic insert properly installed in the center bracket? If not, please contact us directly and we can send you the part.If the problem is not either of those, try removing the metal washer from between the two halves so the bolt is able to tighten further.Thank you! **Q: Hi, i have the hp pavilion 21.5" monitors. i don't see any screwing options/holes on the back of my monitors. how to use this mount?** A: If your monitors don't have mounting holes in back, you will need a VESA adapter kit for each one. We make a universal kit that may work for your monitors: https://www.amazon.com/VIVO-Adapter-Monitor-mounting-STAND-VAD1B/dp/B01HBWKXZGThank you! ## Frequently Bought Together - VIVO Dual Monitor Desk Mount, Heavy Duty Fully Adjustable Steel Stand, Holds 2 Computer Screens up to 30 inches and Max 22lbs Each, Black, STAND-V002 - Logitech MK270 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo for Windows, 2.4 GHz, 8 Multimedia Keys, PC, Laptop, Wireless Keyboard Compact Mouse Combo - Black - acer KB272 G0bi 27" IPS Full HD (1920 x 1080) Gaming Office Monitor | Adaptive-Sync Support (FreeSync Compatible) | Up to 120Hz Refresh | 1ms (VRB) | sRGB 99% | Tilt | HDMI & VGA Ports --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/78490469-dual-lcd-monitor-desk-mount-stand-heavy-duty-fully-adjustable](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/78490469-dual-lcd-monitor-desk-mount-stand-heavy-duty-fully-adjustable) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-11-04*
