Thanks.** A: It rather depends on how dry your hair is! Generally I use conditioner. **Q: Can I please ask why this item is more expensive with my prime account?** A: Because it's more difficult to buy through a chemist. **Q: Does it say on the label whether it is cruelty free?** A: No. I have checked the box, bottle and leaflet.
