First is open the second dispenser has a lid on it. Which do I use??** A: PLACE THE ORANGE PELLET OF SOAP IN THE LARGE DISPENSER, AND THEN CLOSE THE LID. THE OTHER (CIRCULAR) SPOT IS FOR YOUR "FINISH" LIQUID. THAT'S THE STUFF THAT STOPS SPOTTING AND KEEPS YOUR DISHES SPARKLING. DON'T MIX UP THE 2 DISPENSERS. YOU COULDN'T GET THE ORANGE PELLET DOWN THE OTHER HOLE UNLESS YOU OPENED THE ORANGE PELLET. NO ONE SHOULD BE OPENING THAT!!! THE ENTIRE PELLET (WITH PLASTIC) GOES INTO THE DISHWASHER....AS IS.!! IT'S A GREAT DISHWASHER SOAP. BEEN USING IT FOR MANY, MANY YEARS. SOME OF THE DISHWASHER SOAPS MAKE MY DISHES SMELL AWFUL.
