I was surprised to learn that these fishes also have 13g of dietary fiber. Compared to other brands this is a win. These came so soft and you could tell they were fresh (not hard at all). I got a good amount in the bag for only 100 calories which for a snack is great. NOTE: These do not taste anywhere close to as sweet as normal fish so you do have to get use to the taste but I do not think it’s bad at all. Price is a little higher but is comparable to other places you can buy them.
