I will be purchasing three more eventually to complete a 4S4P battery setup, so I will update this review once I can compare additional units. As for the balancing, it works great. I confirmed 4 of my batteries were out of sync on voltage fresh out of the box by a 0.13V range. I gave it 2 days on the balancer, and all were exactly the same.
