It's very comfortable and pretty much works perfectly. The only thing is that the top piece on the inside kind of moves around and gets out of line with the bottom two pieces, and it's kind of annoying to open it up and fix. It doesn't really change the function of it, and it still works fine. It just is a visual nuisance.

I highly recommend this to anyone who has swelling in ther feet and legs. I am thrilled with the quality, different heights, it doesn't feel hot, I can use it on the couch, my recliner and in bed and the price is fair. Where there is swelling there is pain, and I am highly allergic to pain?!!!

Love this elevation pillow. I had surgery on my foot and not able to walk for 8 weeks. I use this pillow all day and sleep with it all night. If I don’t use it for a couple of hours my foot kills me. You can put one or two legs on it.
