I am a heavy-handed person, but I used the non-mounting option and haven't had any issues with the mounting beinf loose whatsoever as it's quite sturdy. Helps save space on your counters, is a perfect under cabinet fit, easy to change the rolls, looks classic, and is definitely worth it! Be sure to follow the instructions for no hardware mount as the unit needs to affix for 24 hours before use.

Installs easily, works well under the cabinet, even with oversized paper towel rolls. I did not use the self adhesive tabs except to hold in place until I was able to install the wood screws. I would not recommend using only the self-adhesive tabs as they will probably not hold long term.
