I grew up on garden grown okra in my back yard. Was always my favorite veggie - fried, boiled, pickled, you name it. These are more addictive than potato chips with a very, very satisfying crunch - like biting into thin glass in the best possible way. The crispy crunchiness of Lays classic chips but a bit more substantial/thicker as you would obviously expect for whole okra. Maybe slightly oily, with a very moderate amount of salt and that subtle sweetness you expect from okra - maybe a bit sweeter than expected, even. They could use more salt for my taste, but too little salt is better than too much.
