I always use it and have done for years. It adds shine to my Essie nail enamel protects my nails and is good value for money. As it is fast dry it saves time in not having to wait long for my nails to dry. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Impressive top coat, gel like finish and doesn't smudge! *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 14 October 2025* By far the best top coat I've found! Having done my own gel nails for 9 years I have been struggling to find a suitable regular polish replacement. Essie polishes are great, and combined with this "Good to go" top coat are a very close match in terms of finish. I like a thicker appearance on my polish so apply 3 coats of colour and 2 of this top coat. Yes, it still chips a little after a couple of days but it's so easy to cover up I don't mind. The finish is excellent ....no smudges, it's touch dry by the time I've done both hands. I've applied 5 mins before leaving for a night out with no issues. It has the high shine glossy finish that gels do, I absolutely love it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best top coat ever! *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 5 September 2026* Absolutely love this for ensuring a quick rock hard finish, couldn't find it in store any more so very glad to find it here. ## Frequently Bought Together - Essie Nail Polish Nail Care Speed Setter Quick Dry Ultra Shine Fast Drying Nail Varnish Top Coat 13.5 ML, Essie Top Coat Speed Setter, 13.5 ML (Pack Of 1) - essie Original Nail Polish, 13 mademoiselle, Sheer Pink Nail Polish, 13.5 ml - essie Original Nail Polish, 50 bordeaux, Dark Red Nail Polish, 13.5 ml --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/77284319-nail-care-speed-setter-topcoat-quick-dry-ultra-shine-finish](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/77284319-nail-care-speed-setter-topcoat-quick-dry-ultra-shine-finish) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
