Review: I LOVE THEM, EASY TO INSTALL, AND THE PRICE SIMPLY CANNOT BEAT IT . HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE TILES - Hello I first purchased 2 boxes of the oak colored parquet on August 2019 to do my stairs going into the basement. 12 steps totaling about 40 tiles. Unfortunately my hubby mixed them up with my traffic master vinyl tiles which i had spares for my kitchen floor for last 10 years. My kitchen tiles exact same pattern but the Achim were just a tad darker but u cannot tell due to lighting on stairs. Problem now is that all my spare tiles had kept from traffic master FOR WORN ONES ON KITCHEN FLOOR he used them ON STAIRS WITH MY ACHIM TILES so now i cant replace the damaged ones THAT SOMETIMES POP UP OCCASIONALLY anymore as needed. And the Traffic Master ones are now discontinued years ago. Traffic masters were 1.8mm thick yes little thicker than the Achim brand which 1.2mm. Yes Achim little thinner but the pattern, finish and texture almost identical Achim little more shinier which I do like. So on April 18 2020 I ordered 8 more boxes of them for my kitchen floor and additional 1 box today for my kitchen floor as i love the color texture and the price and will also now have extra Achim should some need replacing. Traffic Master equivalent i bought 10 years ago lot of tiles are still in good shape but did not ever have a little sheen where the ACHIM ones do. . My original cost for Achim last August was $16.00 for box of 20 (12 inch by 12 inch squares tiles) now few days ago April 13th they are only $13 for box 20 (12 by 12 Inches square tiles) so basically even though ACHIM states last 5 years (warranty) im confident if cleaned properly and installed correctly they like my Traffic Master will last much longer. i am very very happy with them not just the $3.00 price drop per box just the tiles in general. So yesterday April 14 2020 i ordered 1 more box for my kitchen. This box is the back up box in case for some reason one tile or a few need replacing. Cant wait to put them down. Hope they are all the same dye lot. I will text company to ask if all same dye lot too just to be on safe side or can check when order arrives which is in 3 days.. You cannot beat the quality, color or the price for these tiles. works out like 87C per square foot. I did check the home deport and menards store but their prices are runnning like $2.30 per square foot. Which is expensive should i have bought them from a home store. Way too pricey for me. My hubby says they were great to work with when he applied them to my stairs and the traffic master ones too EVEN THO THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN USED ON MY STAIRS. i GAVE HIM 2 BOXES OF THE ACHIM ESPECAILLY FOR THE STAIRS SO ALL WOULD BE THE SAME BUT HE DIDNT NOTICE MUCH DIFF DUE TO LIGHTING SO DECIDED TO USE UP THE TRAFFIC MASTER ONES TOO. JUST LITTLE TINY SPOTS can easily be removed with stuff called UN-DU which removes any glue, adhesive stickers gum tape tar crayon grease etc.from anything. awesome product which is also available for sale on desertcart or you can purchase from like a Hobby Lobby or Michael Stores. so the little overages of adhesive coming from just a couple of my newly put down tiles were EASILY EASILY REMOVED WITH THE UN-DU REMOVER STUFF. EVEN TAKES OFF STICKERS ON CAR WINDOWS OR ANY STICKER FOR THAT MATTER FROM ANYTHING. Back to the Tiles. I love the OAK PARQUET color and cant wait to put them down in my kitchen once they arrive IN APPROX 3 DAYS. **Q: I already have this pattern I just need to extend it out or add to it. But the color online looks a bit darker. Does it just look darker online?**
A: I would not try it. I ordered 7 packs. Three were light and 4 were dark in the same order. I mean a lot of difference.

**Q: are these water proof?  I want to use them as the backdrop behind a clawfoot tub that has wooden walls in an old house?**
A: I think they are water proof due to they are similar to plastic flooring,but  I think the wooden walls still can be damped by the water vapor.

**Q: i have tiles which was installed nearly 25 years ago. i cannot them up and they have lost the colour and shine. can i put new tiled on them?**
A: yes thats what i did

**Q: How many sq.feet does one box cover?**
A: lol, 20 tiles - 12" square (that's 1 square foot).  so 20 tiles would be 20 square feet. examples : a room 10'x10' is 100 sq feet .  20 square feet will cover an area 4x5 feet.4 times 5 ='s 20.

SO LOOK IN A FEW WEEKS FOR MY KITCHEN FLOOR MAKEOVER.AND AGAIN IF YOU GET LITTLE BIT GLUE OUT OF THE SIDES WHEN PUTTING TILES DOWN SIMPLY GET DRY CLOTH AND USE UN-DU REMOVER IT WILL REMOVE THE EXCESS SMALL BITS GLUE WITHOUT ANY HARD WORK OR SCRUBBING. ITS A MIRACLE WORKER. THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO READ MY POST. HOPE THIS HELPS ANYONE OUT. OFF TO PULL UP THE OLD TILES NOW IN KITCHEN.

This tile is wonderful! It aligns, so well, it is easy to use. They are even squares to install them easily. They are very versatile for a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, or whatever your job may be. This peel and stick tile has a wonderful pattern. that is very appealing. These are great for any home daily projects or even a renovation job. I highly recommend this. For the price is not beatable anywhere even Home Depot and Lowe’s what a great bargain! These square peel and stick tile, make it easy to map out a room so easily and effortlessly

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful and easy to install but....

My only complaint is that the backing seems old. It tears into a million pieces, and then your hands get sticky as you try to get the small pieces left on the tile off. VERY frustrating. I purchased several boxes, and it was the same with each one. Very sad. Nonetheless, they are very easy to install once the backing is torn off. They look great. I chose to seal mine with caulking, and it looked better, leaving zero gaps between the tiles. All in all, it is a great price and a HUGE UPGRADE from my previous flooring. I am now,adding baseboards but the flooring is great
