I prefer cassia. I can't even taste ceylon, it's too mild. **Q: Will you ever carry Ceylon Cinnamon at Amazon?** A: McCormick branded cinnamon is cassia cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia). It is primarily imported from Indonesia and is the most common form of cinnamon in the United States. At this time, McCormick does not offer Ceylon Cinnamon. ~ Erica **Q: What Are The Benefits Of Using This Product?** A: Hi there, We only promote the use of our products to enhance the flavor of foods.
