**Q: What shipping carrier is the prepaid shipping label for? can i ship with ups with the prepaid label???**
A: Hello there! The prepaid return label included in the kit is for USPS. We strongly advise that you use the return label included with your test kit. 

Should you decide to obtain your own shipping label, we recommend doing so through USPS, as this is the primary mail carrier that our partner labs receive deliveries from.

Please in mind that if you do obtain a different return label, we will be unable to track your kit within our system. We recommend that you make note of your return tracking number in this case so we'll still be able to access your tracking information if necessary.

**Q: How quick do you get results back?**
A: I got results back in six days from mailing it

**Q: It says it's fsa eligible, but won't allow me to use my fsa card for it in checkout?**
