## Description

When a burn happens in the backcountry, off the grid, or far from help, what you carry matters. Waterjel is made by Safeguard Medical, a name trusted in emergency first aid by military and first responders worldwide. This large 18" x 8" sterile dressing is formulated with water and hyaluronic acid — not tea tree oil like many competing products — so there's no harsh or strong smell, just clean, effective care. When skin is burned, it loses its protective barrier, dries out, and becomes vulnerable; hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in the body and supports healing tissue as part of the repair response, but burns can overwhelm that natural supply. This dressing cools, soothes, and moisturizes the skin while protecting the wound from external contaminants. It's safe and effective for first- and second-degree burns, including thermal, friction, chemical, and electric burns — and its non-adherent design means it can be removed without further trauma to the patient. Whether it's tucked in your bug-out bag, climbing pack, or trail kit, Waterjel is ready for the moment you're the first responder.

## Features

- NON-STICK BANDAGE: Non-adherent design protects skin so it can be removed easily without re-injury.
- FORMULATED WITH HYALURONIC ACID: No tea tree oil here! Just clean, effective care with no harsh or strong smell.
- USE ON FIRST- AND SECOND-DEGREE BURNS: Waterjel dressings are safe and effective for first- and second-degree burns, including sunburns, thermal, friction, chemical, and electric burns.
- NO WATER, NO PROBLEM: Ready-to-use gel dressing works instantly, no rinsing or extra supplies needed off-grid.
- TRUSTED WHERE IT MATTERS MOST: Made in the USA by Safeguard Medical, a brand relied on by militaries and first responders worldwide. The same protection now available for your pack or bug-out bag.
