You want to do enough steps, in various aspects to get results (at least in my experience of 15 years of working on my hair growth and care).For me this was using the following routine: daily scalp massage using fingers on whole head to keep circulation going you have to start with 5 mins a day and build up slowly with or without the rosemary oil (i mix and match) and build up to 20 minutes a day ideally, rosemary oil 2-3 times a week leave in time 1 hour, using taoist soap to wash off ideally supports this process, and taking enough building blocks, for lack of a better word in the form of collagen supplements ideally bovine which is in powder form. Results in this form, take about 2-3 months, and 6 months for very severe, of course it won't regrow a bald person, but it will help the person losing hair a lot more (men or women).The rosemary oil in this is ideal for application as its easy to use, not greasy, and value for money compared to other products i seen.
