It was literally 5 minutes to get the lights up and running, including the app download. I am disappointed by two things, however. I notice that in the Questions about the kit Bayit indicated that the individual bulbs would be available soon on Amazon.com bit that was a year ago. The other is that I wish that the app allowed either Web access to remotely control or, in lieu of the security required for the aforementioned, automation.
