I used 6 teaspoons curry powder mixed in cold water. 1 chopped onion, teaspoon of garlic puree. Fried onion and garlic puree together in sunflower oil. Then add 6 chopped mushrooms, pkt of frozen mixed vegetables. Add curry powder mix. 2 chicken or vegetable stock cubes mixed in hot water. Tin tomatoes. Meat to suit preference. I used half cooked chicken. **Q: In 100g, does this product has 0 salt? What is the nutritional value in 100g please?** A: As the serving size for spices is 1g (1/4 tsp), there is a negligible amount of nutritional content in that serving size. There is naturally occurring sodium in spices, again negligible. We do not add any salt to our curry powder. Long answer short, I would not have the 100g naturally occurring sodium content available. **Q: Does it have a limited shelf life once it has been opened?** A: So long as its kept in cool, dry conditions without direct sunlight, the shelf life will not be limited other than the best by date. **Q: I am allergic to turmeric. is there a curry powder that has no turmeric added to the ingredients?** A: For Indian Curry powder, its a very common ingredient. There are other curries you can try that do not have turmeric.
