Review: Wonderful Addition to Kitchen Accessories - Safety first for me! Ease of use and cleaning is second necessity. I have owned a wide variety of mandolines, and this one is the winner by far. I always consider it as a gift to others. So far, I have bought it for my 2 sisters, a friend and me. We are all senior citizens, with a variety of ailments such as arthritis and low hand strength. We are all in agreement that using the Jonscook has made our lives better because slicing and dicing is now a pleasant experience. The blade is very sharp, so I recommend to consider avoiding using if distracted or tired. The hopper, wider than most, and the wide range of cutting options with a quick flip of a knob are very nice features. Sometimes it sticks a little during cutting but a quick pop on the handle resolves the issue. Thank you Jonscook for making my life happier and healthier! Fresh veggies and fruits prepped in minutes! If mine wears out, I will definitely be replacing it with the same or upgraded model.

Its def made pretty well and I feel like a good value. The chute size lets you fit a normal onion or potato in the chute and the whole build size is nice and foldable to fit wherever really. Super easy to clean. Idk where some of these reviews say it's not. If you clean it right after it just washes off 90% of the time and sometimes I'll use the brush if something is in a groove and it's done super easy. I definitely feel like the safety aspect is better using this vs a more mandolin or even a knife.

This thing is so versatile it's crazy. It takes a few times to get used to it i won't lie but once you get to know what know an stuff it's pretty easy an until then it has a easy to use handbook.
