Review: Works - Very tactile, very nice.
Review: So far, so good - A little odd that there are 5 lugs for a 3 way selector, requiring an extra jumper. My bigger concern is that the dial seems able to turn to multiple other positions with a variety of cross connections none of which i want to test. Not sure if my switch was faulty, damaged, or they just come that way. Undocumented feature we called it.

A: I put it in load the L the green with green then 123 i used a paper clip to get the wire in the hole just twist the end of the wire push your paper clip in then the wire then pull paperclip out and you’re locked in

A: Rating: 10A-120V AC / 5A - 250V AC;

**Q: Will it work for Lasko B20301 Fan?**
A: Should work but you do need to know basic electric, may have to modify the hole and it may not point at the off 1 2 3 on your fan.
