The first time I put it on it came off but that was totally my fault. You have to put the part that goes over the shower head on as far up as you can. After I did so there were no leaks it was easy to use and did exactly what I wanted it to. I then used it on my bathroom sink and had the same level of success. Is the incredibly strong? No. Was that a problem for me?
