A: Although not as high as many of their products, the coconut version is 12... which to me is still high.

**Q: Has anyone tried freezing this and eating it right out of the freezer like frozen yogurt?**
A: It's great frozen!! Don't peel the cover off. Buy or save popsicle sticks .Push one thru the top and freeze. Take out when ready. Only use the blended kind. Fruit at bottom alittle messy.
