I exercise regularly and want to build some muscle strength. I haven't noticed significant improvement in muscle strength yet, but probably need to do more weights and resistance exercise....However...I'm delighted with this supplement because ever since starting these a few weeks ago (taking one of these capsules per day), I can say that to my surprise and delight, my sleep quality has improved dramatically. I do use sleep monitoring on a smart watch app, which has always been sufficiently accurate for my needs. My wakenings have reduced significantly.
