For about a year I used nose dialators to help me breathe at night when I sleep, but those would often fall out at night, and irritate my nose... so I tried looking up a better solution. These nose strips open up my nose really well (I have a larger nose/bridge so I get the large size), and I can notice a big difference when I wear them vs am not wearing them. I can breathe great when I'm sleeping, and I haven't had a problem with them yet. The ONLY thing I can say is that I'll occasionally get a small breakout under the nose strip, but I just put a small piece of tissue paper under the strip where the breakout is so the nose strip doesn't irritate it more when I wear it/take it off. So far that has worked pretty well for me. Also, I just try to be really careful taking them off in the morning so I don't hurt the skin on my nose.
