My horse has a wound on his hip which got very bad, unable to heal because he lays on it every night and it got caked with sawdust and infected. I realized that it wasn’t sticking because his hair had oil and medication on it which was preventing good adhesion. I washed his hip area with soap and water and tried again. WOW, was I surprised, the dressing stayed on all night. I have been able to put a dressing with medication every night and remove it in the mornings so it can get air. Since he only lays down at night this has been perfect. I have been dressing this daily for about a month and his wound is healing very nicely, and I am so happy. The wound was so bad that I actually thought I might have to put him down. I could not be more pleased with how he is doing. If you have a horse or any other animal that needs to have a dressing I highly recommend this tape. The roll is huge and even though I have been using it nightly there is at least a half a roll left.
