I was looking for a thermometer that wasn't digital (I've had some in the past and haven't find them accurate) and also mercury free. I know this brand and it's popular in Italy, so I decided give it a go. I used few times and I'm very happy with it. It's easy to use, you just need to follow the instructions, keep it for 10 minutes in the right place and try to don't move it. I was worried on being able to unload the temperature so to test it (used it 3 times almost consequently), as soon I read the temperature, I scrolled the thermometer still warm and it worked perfectly!
