They run very small, I'm usually a medium/large in other underwear from different companies. I have a 31-inch waist and pretty skinny legs (20-inch quads), and only the XL size was comfortable; the size large was too tight and restrictive in the crotch area. Despite the sizing weirdness, they are perfect for me. They are 100% cotton and are an OEKO-TEX certified textile product that has been tested and proven to be free of thousands of harmful substances, such as heavy metals, toxic colorants, and chemicals, assuring its safety for human use and contact. This is rare for men's underwear (especially for cotton underwear) and important to me because, if I'm going to have a fabric coming in contact with my genitals, I want to make sure it's safe and free of these things. I use these daily and make myself more comfortable heat-dispersion-wise compared to other brands that just cook your nuts. Super comfortable for sleeping, and they are durable. I've used them for over a year, and they aren't coming apart at all. Thanks, Danish Endurance, for this great product!
