Review: Worth it! - It’s easy to use and clean. The board is about 12” long. There is a small amount of space between the blade and the edge that I place a cutting board alongside it to level the bread which makes bread slicing a breeze and the blade is sharp so having the guard makes me feel safe to use the handle and it keeps the sliced bread away from the handle. The crank handle is smooth while turning the handle, no shaking. It’s a manual speed so I have total control, and cuts the bread with ease no jagged edges, no more uneven slices, no rough edges. The suctions under the board really help it stay in place so no need to push it up against the wall. The best part is the adjustable dial, I can make the bread as thick or thin as I need for sandwiches or french toast. Overall it’s safe, worth every penny and I would buy I again. I recommend it.

Suctions well to counter top. I only wish it came with some kind of safety shield to prevent fingers from being cut accidentally. That’s never happened to me but it might if you aren’t paying attention while using. Definitely a good purchase at a good price!
