This product is a lot more economical than the products I was given when healing in the hospital. When comparing the ingredients it is basically the same and spee up the healing process. It tastes like orange tang, but if u dislike the flavor add a packet of crystal light to bump up the flavor. It helps

**Q: Are the ingredients the same as Juven?**
A: Not exactly the same ingredients. Juven has 7 grams of L-Arginine while Arginaid has 4.5 grams. Juven has 3 grams of sugar with 95 calories per serving while Arginaid has Aspartame for 30 calories per serving. I prefer Juven but it is so expensive and hard to get hold of.

**Q: Can this be mixed with hot water like tea?**
