Simply put, it does not work. Money does not feed through and machine just jams and throws an error code. The machine is definitely faulty. Tried loading bills over and over with the same outcome. You have to pre-sort your bills by denomination. If you input the denomination before you feed your bills into the counter, it will calculate totals. It is not a Mixed Bill Counter Machine. This one seemed to be one of the best ones so I ordered it. I have been using it for a few months now and let me tell you I LOVE IT!! It is very easy to use and has always been accurate. This money counter has saved me so much time and it is also very convenient to have. It also has a side LED display screen that connects to the money counter which is really nice because you can see the total value amount on it while sitting down so you don't have to be standing up to use the machine. The only con I would say is that you can't do different types of bills at the same time. So if you are counting 5's you can only put $5 bills into the machine. If you are counting 20's you can only put $20 bills into the machine and so on. However, with that being said to get a bill counter that can do all types of bills at the same time they cost several hundreds more than this one and to me that one feature is not worth the up charge in cost. I have attached photos and videos of the machine and how it works. (It also measures about 9 inches in length) I would highly highly recommend this product and have had no issues with it over the past few months I have been using it.
