The top bristles were stiff enough to loosen all the “gunk” left after running the clean cycle with vinegar and water. The small tube brush went partly into the water tube and now the coffee maker is good as new! I don’t use water cups with straws so cannot review for that purpose. Brush feels sturdy and I had no problems with the small brush like others have mentioned.

**Q: Why can’t i have this shipped to an amazon locker? it says it’s too big?! what the heck?!**
A: They ship it in a long big box, they could not put it in locker where I live ether, they had to bring it to my house

A: 2 1/2 inches for the big side of the brush. 3/4 of an inch for the smaller brush

**Q: Do the blue bristles get stuck flattened quickly?**
A: Yes it’s easy to clean my bottle

Just the trick to clean my water bottle as well as the drinking straw included easily. Ideal design as straw screws into the handle of the bottle brush. Fits in all types of water bottles we have. Feels durable and works well. Feels durable at this point only time will tell.
