In my younger years I even wore orthotic insoles, but after they wore out I never replaced them. I didn't realize how badly that was affecting me. About 6 months ago I started playing pickleball fairly regularly. I noticed my feet were in agony after my 3-hour sessions but chalked it up to the amount of movement I had on the court. I put a lot of strain on my feet just from hitting the ground constantly and moving from side to side. So after every session, the ball of my foot as well as the talus were killing me. I went as far as buying arthritis cream to alleviate the pain, which only gave me partial relief.All this changed when I got the PCSole inserts. I played another 3 hours yesterday and this morning I woke up without pain in my feet. I couldn't believe how great they felt. I guess it's safe to say they work for me. I actually had doubts because they felt quite stiff coming out of the box and I was wondering how much they would flex. But they easily fit into my pickleball shoes, and while I can feel their presence while walking due to the rigidity, they are still very comfortable and definitely give me the arch support I have been needing.
