I guess in the fridge? I would use this seldomly for one or two people. Thanks** A: This yuzu is on the sour side. I guess cuz of the bottle. I poured into a container and keep in the freezer. When needed i just break off a piece. **Q: what is the expiration date?** A: I searched the bottle and I'm unable to find an expiration date. I have been using the juice for over a month with no noticeable change in flavor. Compare to other brand that are fresh press from Japan, it is far away from any yuzu flavor , literally tastes like water with a slight squeeze of citrus. Also has this after taste of preservative.
