Review: Triple monitors that don't feel clunky. Just what I was looking for. - Had this laptop for over a month now and so far it has worked great. I have tried a couple different 2nd screen options on my previous laptop and they added too much bulk or you needed a kickstand to prevent the laptop from falling over. None of these issues with this unit. I use it for coding and love the two side screens. Do the additional screen shorten the the battery life when compared to a similar single screen laptop - yes but you are running three screens not one. I did read some user had battery issue but I have been running on battery every other day and no battery issues. It does weigh a bit more than a single but it does have three screens so you would think it going to weigh more than single screen monitor. The monitor hinges feel solid and I don't think break or cracking will be an issue down the road but only time will tell. So far I am very happy with this purchase.
Review: Inoperative keyboard - Keyboard didn’t work. They said something about repairing it, but I don’t want a new laptop repaired. I rebooted it and did all the simple stuff in case it was a software glitch.. it’s Sunday and I couldn’t speak to company until on Monday, but I work. These people don’t realize your time is worth money and you need some sort of window to receive a phone call. I returned it and re-ordered it, because it would take up to 15 to 30 days to get my money back. I didn’t want a replacement, because I didn’t wanna be without for a month. I’m hoping I can change this review when I receive the new one and it was just a hiccup. I’m definitely going to put it through the paces to make sure it works during the warranty period. I will repost my review when I make sure it functions at a 100%

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Battery died after 6 months
*by S***N on October 13, 2026*

I love this laptop but the battery decided to die 6 months after I bought it. Did everything I could find online to try and repair it (hard resets, unistall/reinstall battery drivers, etc.) but the battery report still says "No batteries are currently installed". So now I can only use it while it's plugged into the charger which defeats the purpose of a travel laptop. Emailed the company asking for a replacement...we'll see what happens. Update - The laptop just needed an official firmware update that only took 5 minutes to complete. Their customer support was really quick to help and sent me the file I needed to install. Laptop works great now and updating this review from 3 to 5 stars.
