We have a Natuzzi sofa and LOVE it -- bought the chair and it was delivered alll bubble wrapped without damage... until you unwrap it and find the vendor shredded the bottom fabric to attach the leg bag instead of using the zipper, so the fabric hangs down - UGLY. Then went to attach the legs -- LIKE ABOVE- WRONG ones sent - holes don't line up and if you drill it, it won't match the screws and the legs will be weak. Used the orders tab to do a return - which it says it does - but the CONFIRM RETURN button at the end stays greyed out and no way to schedule a pick up. It is a nice cream color, almost white. It is very comfortable, and a good quality piece of furniture.They delivered it into the room of my choice. I unpacked it, and put the legs on. I am very very happy with my purchase. The leather is swank, and it's plenty comfortable, but it had the following problems on arrival:1. The holes to attached the legs are drilled in the wrong place on the couch. There is a metal bolt and a wooden peg to attach each leg, and I can use or the other but not both. This is just careless stupidity on the part of the manufacturer.2. The Allen wrench that was provided is defective. An Allen wrench should have a short end and a long end so you can actually use it to screw things in. This one had two long ends, so I had to pick up the Allen wrench and reattach it with every turn, or it hit the leg.3. One of the wooden legs broke when I screwed it in.4. The required center leg is missing, so I can't even sit on my loveseat until I get a center leg for it. Not cool.Amazon made good by giving me a partial credit back on the item. They offered to ship me a new one, but I don't want to go through waiting and assembling a whole new couch.
