I usually use liquid liners but struggle with smudging, even with waterproof ones. Japanese brands have been the only kind that really work for me, though even they have started smudging occasionally. I hesitated to try this one because it has a felt tip instead of a brush tip, but the blue color drew me in. It was a pleasant surprise. The felt tip is soft and easy to use. The dark blue is subtle yet strong enough to enhance the eyes like black. The liner lasted over twelve hours with no smudging, which is a big win for me.
