Paper is excellent quality so it doesn't tear easily. The other thing I like is that the months are separated properly and they have a montly planner. The original ones, the next month might start on the same page as the previous month so the tabs really don't work. I got this as i liked the monthly tabs, however i wished that they could be blank so that they can be reused. Also, the week spread out on 2 pages is useful however i feel like this is missing the month set out pn one page.
