The pack of paper comes with full instructions for use with an iron as well as a heat press. **Q: How do you use dark transfer paper to do words without the block backgroun?** A: If you are using this transfer paper, your image has to be such that you are able to cut away ALL the white areas on the paper, that you do not want visible on the garment. All the white on the paper will be visible on the shirt unless cut out.
